How do I ask for a change to my site?
Send a support request saying what you'd like changed and on which page. Screenshots help. Small changes are covered by your plan - anything bigger, we'll quote first.
How long do changes take?
Small changes are usually done within a couple of working days. For bigger jobs we'll agree a date with you before we start.
My emails have stopped working
Check your mailbox isn't full first. If that's not it, send us a request with the email address and when it stopped, and we'll check it from our side.
How do I set up my email on my phone?
Send us a request saying which phone or email app you use and we'll send you the settings, step by step.
Is my site backed up?
Yes. Sites we look after are backed up and kept up to date, so if anything goes wrong we can put it back.
Is my site secure?
Yes. Your site runs on the latest version of PHP with updates applied, and your security certificate (the padlock) is kept renewed for you.
Can I add a new page?
Yes. Tell us what the page is for and send any words or photos. If it's outside your plan, we'll quote first.
My site looks wrong on my phone
Send us a screenshot and the page address. Tell us which phone and browser you're using if you know.
Where are my invoices?
On your client page, along with your plan and your agreement. Sign in with the email address your invoices go to.
Will my site show up on Google?
Every site we build is set up with the SEO basics done properly. Rankings take time and nobody can promise a position, but we'll help where we can.
